The objective of this re-brand is to give a more professional feel to OAP's brand experience, while retaining elements of colour and friendliness with an open, relaxed feel.

Open, intuitive, curious, casual –
this boutique agency aims to lead with playfulness to communicate their design ethos.

The logo and brand iconography derives from the concept of string theory, that puts forth the idea that all particles are fundamentally made of vibrating strings of energy, and make up our perceived world.

The Brief

Agency rebrand. The visual language should reflect what the agency has grown into. The existing identity had many elements competing for dominance, with the actual branding often getting lost or not coming through.

Ditch everything, retain the soul. The original logo featured a watercolour cloud, that is now replaced by a dynamic motif of the letter ‘O’. This element is derived from the concept of string theory, which says that the smallest constituents of matter are vibrating strings. The new visual system dictates how this element can be reiterated across designs, as well as a hierarchy for clear and vibrant layouts.
